FintechOS,

FintechOS, the AI-driven financial product engine, has partnered with Tech Mahindra, a technology consulting and digital transformation solutions provider. The collaboration is designed to drive large-scale core modernisation and deliver next-generation digital experiences for financial institutions across the UK, Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

The partnership unites FintechOS’s composable, AI-powered product engine with Tech Mahindra’s deep expertise in global delivery and enterprise-scale digital transformation. Together, the two organisations will help banks, insurers, and other financial services providers overcome the constraints of legacy infrastructure, reduce operational costs, and accelerate the rollout of innovative digital products and customer channels.

At the heart of the initiative is a unified onboarding platform covering accounts, deposits, lending, mortgages, wealth management, and insurance. By co-developing composable solutions, FintechOS and Tech Mahindra will enable financial institutions to respond to market dynamics with agility, while offering hyper-personalised experiences aligned to evolving customer expectations.

Andrei Gaman, Chief Commercial Officer, FintechOS, said, “Financial institutions know they must innovate quickly, but legacy systems and long delivery cycles hold them back. Partnering with Tech Mahindra gives our customers the agility to move fast and the scale to deliver. Together, we are creating a powerful combination of an AI-driven financial product engine and world-class delivery expertise that helps banks and insurers modernise their core systems without risky, lengthy transformations. This partnership allows institutions to launch new products faster, drive down costs, and deliver the personalised, digital-first experiences their customers demand. By working with Tech Mahindra, we are helping our clients not only keep pace with change but also lead the market into the future of financial services.”

Harshul Asnani, President and Head – Europe Business, Tech Mahindra, said, “The demand for hyper-personalised, always-on digital experiences in the financial services industry is reshaping customer expectations worldwide. Yet, many institutions remain constrained by legacy systems that are inflexible and slow to adapt. Through the partnership with FintechOS, Tech Mahindra is addressing this critical challenge by combining an agile, AI-driven product engine with its global delivery and transformation expertise. Together, we will empower banks and insurers to modernise their core systems, launch new products, and reimagine customer journeys for a digital-first future.”
