Hanscom Federal Credit Union (Hanscom FCU) has launched its new Digital Account Opening Solution powered by FintechOS 24 to advance its strategy of delivering seamless, future-ready banking experiences to its members. The initiative underscores Hanscom’s commitment to digital transformation and to combining trusted service with cutting-edge technology.

Powered by FintechOS 24, the solution redefines the account opening journey by offering members a faster, simpler, and more intuitive onboarding experience. New and existing members can now create memberships, update profiles, and open and fund checking or deposit accounts with just a few clicks. Seamlessly integrated with Hanscom’s existing infrastructure, the platform modernises core processes without disruption, enabling accelerated innovation while preserving the credit union’s member-first values.

The rollout was completed with zero downtime, ensuring uninterrupted services from day one. Within the first weeks of deployment, hundreds of new accounts were opened, demonstrating both members’ appetite for digital convenience and Hanscom’s readiness to scale. By building on FintechOS 24, the credit union has also laid the groundwork for future growth, equipping itself to introduce new products more quickly and innovate at scale.
