DailyPay, has partnered with human capital management platform Wizardline to deliver earned wage access and enhanced financial flexibility to employees of Domino’s Pizza franchisees across the United States.
This collaboration brings together DailyPay’s award-winning On-Demand Pay product with Wizardline’s trusted payroll and workforce management platform, which supports more than 6,000 Domino’s Pizza franchise stores across North America. By integrating DailyPay into Wizardline’s ecosystem, the partnership will not only enable employees to access wages and tips instantly but also streamline payroll operations, reduce manual errors, and improve workforce efficiency for franchise owners.
“With fierce competition to hire great talent, restaurants are gaining a competitive edge by leveraging DailyPay’s On-Demand Pay solution to hire faster and retain employees longer,” said Phil Mark, Hospitality and Franchise Lead, DailyPay.
John Moses, Director of Ops, Wizardline, said, “The Wizardline Team is incredibly excited to partner with DailyPay. This will be a relationship built on good products, integrations, and delivery.”
The initiative reflects a broader shift in the quick-service restaurant industry toward digital transformation and employee-centric financial solutions. Independent research underscores the demand for earned wage access: a YouGov study revealed that 72% of quick-service and fast-casual restaurant employees find the concept of On-Demand Pay appealing, while 56% believe more frequent access to wages would be “very” or “extremely” beneficial. Nearly half (49%) indicated they would consider switching employers for the benefit.
By embedding DailyPay’s platform into Wizardline’s HCM suite, Domino’s Pizza franchisees are positioned to strengthen employee retention, enhance recruitment, and foster financial wellbeing at scale aligning operational excellence with the evolving expectations of the modern workforce.
