Adyen launches upgraded Partner Programme for stronger collaboration
By Vriti Gothi
Adyen has launched its Global Partner Programme to deepen collaboration and help partners unlock greater value for clients through structured support and incentives.
The updated initiative aims to deepen collaboration across its network of more than 1,000 partner organisations, supporting greater joint success through a clearer structure and dedicated resources.
The refreshed programme introduces a more comprehensive framework designed to help partners make full use of Adyen’s single platform, offering integrated tools, guidance and incentives to deliver more value to shared customers.
Recognising the important role partnerships play in broadening access to its payment technology and expertise, Adyen has focused on aligning the new programme to encourage mutual growth. It sets out tailored engagement models for different partner categories, including technology providers, consulting firms and system integrators, ensuring each can work with Adyen in the way that best suits their business and their clients.
Roelant Prins, Chief Commercial Officer at Adyen, said, “Our partners are an integral part of the Adyen network, extending our reach and enriching the solutions we offer to customers. This enhanced programme reflects our commitment to investing in these crucial relationships, providing our partners with the tools and support they need to thrive and deliver even greater value to our joint customers.”
The expanded framework includes a tiered structure that recognises and rewards partners based on their level of expertise, contribution and impact. Partners progressing through the tiers gain access to added benefits, including dedicated technical support, partner management, advance notice of product developments, leadership briefings and joint marketing support.
In addition to recognition and support, partners will benefit from new training and accreditation pathways, bespoke technical documentation and testing environments through the dedicated Partner Portal. This access is intended to help partners build deeper knowledge of Adyen’s offering and deploy solutions more effectively for merchants.
A stronger focus on co-marketing will also enable partners to increase their visibility through inclusion in Adyen’s Partner Directory and to collaborate on joint announcements, case studies and thought leadership. Top-tier partners will have access to additional funding to support joint marketing campaigns.
To encourage growth, Adyen’s enhanced programme includes incentives such as referral rewards for new customer introductions and revenue-sharing models for technology partners linked to transaction volumes. Service partners may also be eligible for implementation funding to help customers integrate solutions more efficiently.
Current partners are being encouraged to review the updated programme details in the Partner Portal to begin accessing the new benefits. Businesses interested in joining the network can find more information on Adyen’s partner page or in the company’s latest update on its blog.
