Kraken has launched Krak, an all-in-one global payments app designed to transform how individuals manage, move, and grow their money worldwide.

Combining the trust of traditional banking with the flexibility of digital assets, Krak delivers a seamless, secure, and cost-efficient solution for modern, borderless finance.

Built for a digital-first generation, Krak serves as a unified financial hub, allowing users to hold and manage more than 300 fiat and digital assets through a single, intuitive interface. The app enables instant peer-to-peer payments across 110 countries using Kraktags, a personalised payment ID that removes the need to share bank details or wallet addresses.

Krak also introduces integrated spend and earn accounts, empowering users to make payments and earn rewards without lock-up periods or minimum contributions. Eligible users can earn up to 4.1% rewards on USDG stablecoin balances and up to 10% on over 20 leading digital assets.

Arjun Sethi, Co-CEO, Kraken,  said, “Our financial system has been stuck in the past for far too long. With Krak, we’re taking a bold step forward to rebuild what we believe is the most critical layer of the global economy: how people move and use money. Krak puts financial freedom and global reach directly into the hands of our customers.”

Krak underscores Kraken’s commitment to digital transformation and customer-centric design, offering advanced, scalable technology with robust security and a user experience that bridges traditional and decentralised finance.

Future plans for Krak include the introduction of physical and virtual Krak cards, enabling seamless spending at millions of merchants worldwide, both online and in-store.

This launch marks a significant milestone in Kraken’s mission to redefine how money moves globally, empowering individuals and businesses with greater choice, freedom, and financial opportunity.
