Ocorian selects Fenergo to automate onboarding and compliance

Global fund administration and fiduciary services provider Ocorian has announced a strategic partnership with Fenergo, a client lifecycle management (CLM) software provider. The move aims to enhance regulatory compliance processes and digitise client onboarding and due diligence across Ocorian’s international operations.
As part of the agreement, Ocorian will implement Fenergo’s AI-driven CLM platform to automate key compliance tasks, including risk assessments and data classification. The solution is designed to ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and enable real-time oversight across multiple jurisdictions.
By leveraging the new platform, Ocorian intends to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads while offering clients a more transparent and streamlined onboarding experience. The digital portal embedded within the solution will facilitate secure document exchange and give clients better visibility into the progress of onboarding procedures.
