Diebold Nixdorf, MyMonty, Tamer Freres, Financial Inclusion, Self-Service Banking, FinTech, DN Series ATMs, Middle East, LebanonDigital financial services provider MyMonty has partnered with regional technology firm Tamer Freres and global banking technology leader Diebold Nixdorf. The collaboration will deploy more than 50 advanced DN Series® self-service machines across Lebanon, aimed at improving access to financial services and driving greater financial inclusion.

The rollout marks the introduction of Diebold Nixdorf’s DN Series® 500va dual-tower ATMs in the Lebanese market. These self-service terminals are known for their robust digital capabilities and focus on user convenience. These self-service terminals will be operational 24/7, offering round-the-clock access to essential financial services in both urban and underserved areas.

The initiative is part of MyMonty’s wider mission to expand financial access in Lebanon, a country still heavily reliant on cash transactions. The advanced DN Series® machines feature:

  • Cash recycling capabilities, enhancing operational efficiency and cash management

  • Dual-tower high capacity to accommodate greater volumes of transactions

  • Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) functionality, including live video assistance, ID/passport scanning, and electronic signature support

These features are designed to provide cash services and facilitate broader engagement with digital banking, serving as hybrid touchpoints between traditional and modern financial infrastructure.

Antony Lorfing, CEO at MyMonty, said, “This partnership is a major step forward in delivering on our commitment to financial inclusion. By introducing innovative Self-Service Terminal technologies like the DN Series® 200V, 500VA, and DN Series Onboarding kiosks, we are creating more convenient, 24/7 access points for our users, giving them the freedom to manage their finances anytime, anywhere. This is about more than just infrastructure; it’s about empowering our users and bringing financial services closer to their everyday lives.”

Jaivinder Gill, VP and Managing Director, Banking – APMEA at Diebold Nixdorf, said, “Diebold Nixdorf is proud to partner with MyMonty and Tamer Freres to bring advanced Self-Service financial technologies to Lebanon. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to financial inclusion and innovation. By deploying our DN Series® self-service machines, Onboarding Kiosks, and our Vynamic® software (VCP and Vynamic View), we are supporting MyMonty’s strategy to enhance access to essential financial services throughout Lebanon.”

As part of the same initiative, MyMonty will also roll out Onboarding Kiosks equipped with instant card issuance capabilities. These kiosks allow users to open an account and receive a physical debit card in a single visit, offering a seamless, self-service alternative to conventional banking procedures.

The integration of onboarding kiosks is expected to reduce friction in the customer journey and encourage the adoption of digital finance, especially among first-time users and those in remote regions with limited access to formal banking channels.
