AzentioAzentio Software, a technology provider in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector, has announced the expansion of its offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and Cairo, Egypt. The development forms part of the company’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its presence across the Middle East and Africa.

Although Azentio has operated in both cities for several years, the newly expanded spaces mark a significant milestone in its regional growth plans, which aim to deepen client engagement, encourage local innovation, and invest in regional talent.

The new Dubai office, situated in Business Central Towers in Dubai Internet City (DIC), will act as the company’s regional hub and Centre of Excellence for the Middle East. It is expected to support business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver more personalised service to clients across the region.

In Cairo, the larger office is designed to foster collaboration with financial institutions, insurers, and enterprises, while also facilitating local hiring and enhancing service delivery capabilities.

This expansion follows the recent growth of Azentio’s offices in Bangalore and Chennai, India, both unveiled earlier this year. The developments reflect the company’s broader focus on expanding its operational footprint in high-growth regions and enhancing customer support through a local presence.

“We have always believed in being close to our customers, and this next chapter in Dubai and Cairo is a reflection of that philosophy,” said Sanjay Singh, CEO at Azentio Software. “These new spaces are more than just offices, they’re a signal of our intent to double down on our presence in the MEA region and continue to invest in the resources and environments that will help our teams and our clients thrive.”
