NuMark Credit Union selects Alkami to advance digital banking capabilities
By Gloria Methri
NuMark Credit Union, based in Illinois, has partnered with Alkami Technology, Inc., a prominent provider of cloud-based digital banking solutions in the United States, to enhance its digital banking platform for both retail and business members.
The collaboration is part of NuMark’s strategic initiative to improve member engagement by delivering a more seamless, modern, and user-friendly digital experience. By adopting the Alkami Digital Banking Platform, NuMark aims to provide a feature-rich interface that meets the evolving expectations of today’s banking customers.
The platform will equip the credit union with enhanced online and mobile banking capabilities, including robust Automated Clearing House (ACH) functionalities for efficient transactions. The integration of Alkami’s Data & Marketing Solutions will also provide NuMark with advanced data analytics and personalisation tools, allowing the institution to deliver customised financial solutions and insights to its members.
“Our mission at NuMark is to enrich the financial lives of our members and provide financial services that meet the demands of their busy lives,” said Michelle Balog, President and CEO at NuMark. “As digital banking continues to evolve, we recognise the need to deliver a more seamless, personalised experience. Our partnership with Alkami enables us to leverage innovative technology, enhancing our members’ experience, supporting financial wellness, and expanding our business banking capabilities. We are excited about the opportunities this brings to our members and the communities we serve,” she continued.
Through Alkami’s extensive API and software development kit (SDK) integrations, NuMark will gain the flexibility to connect with a range of third-party fintech providers. This interoperability is expected to support the credit union’s mission to deliver comprehensive, best-in-class financial products and services.
In addition to strengthening its retail offerings, NuMark will also leverage Alkami’s business banking capabilities to serve local enterprises better. This includes the development of improved digital tools to support the financial needs of small and medium-sized businesses in the region.
The partnership marks a significant step forward in NuMark’s ongoing efforts to modernise its digital infrastructure and remain competitive in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
“NuMark is dedicated to elevating the banking experience for its members, and we are thrilled to support them on this journey,” said Taylor Adkins, vice president, product management at Alkami. “Our Platform will empower NuMark with the tools needed to drive digital transformation, enhance member engagement, and foster long-term financial success.”
