BKN301 raises €21.5m Series B to scale BaaS platform globally

BKN301, BaaS, digital payment, financial inclusion, payment solutions, Banking-as-a-Service solutions, Qatar Central Bank, digital transfers, cross-border money, remittance platforms, Fintech news, Fintech MENABKN301 Group, a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) provider, has successfully closed a €21.5 million Series B funding round to propel its global growth strategy and advance the development of its BaaS Orchestrator platform.

The funding marks a pivotal moment for the company as it aims to scale operations internationally through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, while continuing to deliver innovative embedded finance and payment solutions to partners across emerging and developed markets.

“Closing a Series B round in today’s market environment is a major achievement,” said Stiven Muccioli, Co-Founder & CEO of BKN301 Group. “Our mission is to bring a scalable, efficient BaaS model to global markets. With this capital, we are projecting a 36% CAGR in EBITDA by 2028.”

The round saw participation from a mix of new and existing backers, including:

  • CDP Venture Capital SGR (Digital Transition Fund)
  • Azimut Libera Impresa SGR via Azimut Digitech Fund (advised by FNDX)
  • SIMEST (via F.394/81 for the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation)
  • Alisei Forinvestments di Aldo Fumagalli
  • Existing investors such as SM Capital, Prosus Group, CRIF, Abalone Group, Federico Ghizzoni, and Fabio Nalucci

The raise reaffirms market confidence in BKN301’s modular BaaS platform, which empowers financial and non-financial enterprises to launch embedded banking and payment services with speed and regulatory ease.

This latest injection of capital positions BKN301 to accelerate its industrial plan, targeting underserved markets with digital-first financial infrastructure. With a scalable architecture and seamless integration capabilities, the company continues to champion the future of decentralised, user-centric financial ecosystems.
