smallcase raises $50m in Series D led by Elev8 Venture Partners

smallcase, Zerodha, Asset Management, Stocks, ETFs, Portfolio Management, Elev8 Venture Partners, FinTech Funding, Series D Funding, IndiaIndian model portfolios platform smallcase has raised $50 million in its Series D funding round, led by Elev8 Venture Partners with participation from State Street Global Advisors, Niveshaay AIF, Faering Capital, and Arkam Ventures. The funds will be used to expand investment offerings across asset classes and strengthen relationships with retail investors and ecosystem partners.

Founded in 2016, smallcase enables retail investors to build diversified portfolios of stocks and ETFs with transparency and control. Over ₹1.2 lakh crores have been transacted through smallcase since inception. In 2023, the company launched an asset management joint venture with Zerodha to expand into index funds and ETFs.
