Australia-based FinTech firm Zeller has entered UK with the introduction of its payments and financial platform to the country’s 5.7 million SMEs. According to Zeller, the platform would help businesses reduce payment processing costs by up to 35% annually.

The expansion comes as UK businesses continue to face rising operating costs and increasing demand for seamless checkout experiences. Zeller is introducing its integrated platform alongside its payment hardware, enabling merchants to manage payments, point-of-sale, invoicing, accounts, and expenses within a single system.

“UK merchants have been underserved for too long, with legacy providers offering outdated, costly, and inefficient payment solutions,” said Ben Pfisterer, CEO & Co-founder of Zeller. “With Zeller, we are bringing a modern, all-in-one platform that simplifies financial operations, reduces costs, and delivers a faster, more reliable experience for businesses.”

The company also highlighted its fully digital onboarding process, which can be completed in under six minutes—significantly faster than the industry average of several days—allowing businesses to start accepting payments almost instantly.

“Small and medium-sized businesses are the backbone of the UK economy, and they need tools that are not only efficient but also easy to adopt,” Pfisterer added. “Our platform is designed to remove friction, streamline operations, and support long-term growth.”

Zeller, which already supports over 100,000 businesses in Australia, has begun onboarding UK merchants, with early adoption from more than 100 businesses during its pre-launch phase.
