Divyesh Dalal is MD and Head - Global Transaction Services at DBS Bank India. In his role, he is responsible for Cash, Trade and Custody franchise and he also leads the bank’s digital initiatives across the spectrum of business banking and corporate clients. He brings with him over two decades of extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector. From his previous capacities, he has experience in Cash Management, Trade & Supply Chain, Digital Commerce and Assurance Services. Prior to his current role with DBS Bank India, he has worked with HSBC as the Country Head for Global Payments and Cash Management. Divyesh was Head of Treasury and Trade Solutions in Citibank India, where led the transaction banking business and managed local corporates, financial institutions and multinationals.

Franck de Praetere

Franck is the ISO Programme Director for SWIFT Asia Pacific, responsible for leading the SWIFT community adoption of ISO 20022 financial messaging standards for correspondent banking. He focuses on the Asia Pacific region diversified customers base, including local and global financial institutions, key intermediaries and enablers. Prior joining the ISO Programme, Franck was part of the NPP Programme Team in Australia which successfully delivered SWIFT first real-time payment system. Franck joined SWIFT France in 1999 and prior to Australia he was posted in Singapore where he held key clients and products management responsibilities.

Mick is well-versed in the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for payments professionals. As a passionate advocate for change, he has insight into the issues impacting payments transformations; from cloud and SaaS adoption, to the need for an infrastructure that grows, to evolving technical and functional capabilities to comply with the ever-changing market landscape.
