Supratim is the Global Head of DDA Transformation, ICG, at Citi and is leading the modernization of legacy CBS platforms. He has over 20 years of experience across industry sectors. Prior to joining Citi, he worked with McKinsey where he led multi-year core platform modernization, launch of digital banks and modernization of channel applications and AI / automation programs in banking and financial services.
