Somnath Menon has over 40 years of experience in Banking in various countries and has worked at Citibank for nearly 20 years, and as COO for banks in the Middle East for over 17 years. He has successfully implemented many large Core Banking system transformation projects, in different geographies. Transformation and Change Management, in technology and business processes, are his areas of expertise, besides having an in depth knowledge of all areas of Banking. He is very well versed with the emerging technologies in banking having worked with Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Big Data, Cloud and Cyber Security extensively.

Somnath has been a member on Board of Directors and Advisory Boards.

He holds a MA in Change Management from Brighton Business School and has successfully completed his AMP from Oxford University, UK.
