TCS BaNCS‘ Digital Platform for Banking and Trading has been selected by Israel based Yahav Bank to deliver a consistent and better customer experience across channels.

According to the supplier, TCS BaNCS Digital is a platform that provides multiple unique capabilities including customer to switch between banking and trading apps seamlessly without the need for additional authentication while being secure at the same time. Its remote check deposit facility, wherein customers can digitally deposit and process up to 20 checks at a time, is an example of the customer convenience afforded by the solution. With functionalities such as these, this engagement is set to position Yahav Bank as a market leader in customer engagement and experience. This transformation has occurred following the end-to-end core transformation system the bank undertook along with TCS BaNCS Banking and Securities platforms.

Gadi Davidiyan, CIO, Bank Yahav released a statement expressing his happiness at being the first bank in Israel to successfully employing the omnichannel and being on their way to becoming a market leader in customer experience.

He further stressed on the importance of this collaboration by adding, “A significant portion of our client base has embraced the mobile apps. We have witnessed more than three million logins in the first quarter since going live. With a comprehensive suite of self-service options that are intuitive and easy to use, our customer adoption of the apps is increasing every month. As a result, our branch staff can focus on value-added services and sales, while the number of queries to our call centre has also reduced substantially.”
