Wolters Kluwer unveils new regulatory solution and engine upgrade

Claudio Salinardi, Executive VP & GM of Wolters Kluwer FRR

Wolters Kluwer’s Finance, Risk & Reporting(FRR) business has announced the launch of its SaaS Regulatory Reporting solution thereby making its OneSumX regulatory software available on the cloud. The FRR division will be unveiling a new upgrade to its OneSumX Regulatory Engine for its on-premise installations of OneSumX for Regulatory Reporting and focused for its clients across Europe and the Asia Pacific.

Wolters Kluwer’s FRR  division is a part of its Governance, Risk and Compliance division and provides integrated regulatory compliance and reporting solutions.

Claudio Salinardi, Executive Vice President & General Manager of Wolters Kluwer FRR commented, “Our Regulatory Engine upgrade is a milestone in meeting our clients’ evolving demands in the world of exponentially increasing regulatory requirements, together with enhanced risk management practices. And, with the launch of our regulatory solutions via SaaS, we are continuing the long tradition within Wolters Kluwer as a whole of providing options for cloud or on-site services. This is an exciting time for our clients who now, more than ever, have access to truly market-leading capabilities.”

According to the supplier, the SaaS solution is expected to combine bank data into a single source of data and provide easy reconciliation, flexible infrastructure and accuracy. The solution provides access to the company’s Regulatory Update Service and offers integrations with OneSumX for Finance and Risk solutions. Microsoft Azure, in partnership with Wolters Kluwer FRR, will assist the latter in the delivery of secure hosting services, ongoing software upgrades and deployment services.

Recently, Wolters Kluwer’s ELM Solutions has acquired CLM Matrix, a contract lifecycle management (CLM) software provider, in a bid to expand its portfolio of products and services that assist corporate legal and claims departments to control costs while increasing revenues and improving productivity
