CRM supplier, Salesforce has announced that the Japanese casualty insurance provider, Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., has selected Salesforce with an aim to unify their customer touchpoint across its divisions onto a single CRM platform.

According to the supplier, Salesforce’s solution will assist the company by enabling a 360-degree view of its customers and assisting them in delivering customized products. It is also expected to provide Tokio’s agencies with the required technologies to tap their customer needs and the agents with tools to build their customer relationship. Tokio Marine & Nichido aims to utilize new technologies for enhancing its products and offerings.
