Oracle’s ERP Cloud technology has been selected by BME, an operator of securities and financial market in Spain, in a bid to reconstruct its internal financial platform.

According to BME, the new platform will incorporate cloud-based services and will be applied to internal invoicing, comptroller and financial management systems. Oracle’s ERP solution is expected to provide an end-to-end cloud platform, governance, transparency and traceability of data and workflows. The new technology aims to integrate business capabilities in real-time, thereby offering business visibility and optimising decision-making processes.

“The innovative approach of Oracle’s business applications supports our continuous digital transformation efforts”, stated Marta Bartolomé, BME’s CFO, who added that the use of this technology “will allow us to face new challenges with an innovative approach in which financial management plays an essential role to boost the agility of the company”.
