Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, the private investment platform of the banking major has invested $15m into the foreign exchange technology firm Integral. This investment is expected to enable to continue the growth of Integral’s FX technology platform across a broader set of banks, brokers, and asset managers

Founded in 1993, Integral has a cloud-based workflow management and trading eFX platform combining features for liquidity management, pricing, distribution and risk management. Among its’ other offerings are FX trading venue OCXTM where the supplier claims to have over 250 participants.

Harpal Sandhu, Integral founder and chief executive officer said, “Our focus on building the best FX solutions coupled with our unparalleled customer service has given us the largest installed base in the business – more than 200 leading institutions run on the Integral platform.

Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital manages funds which target growth equity and credit investments within technology, healthcare, consumer, digital media and other high growth sectors. The fund seeks to invest in proven and scalable companies with a differentiated offering.
