Kasisto launches wealth management tool ‘KAI Investment Management’

US-based Kasisto, the creators of the digital experience platform KAI, has announced the launch of KAI Investment Management (KIM) at In|Vest 2019. The supplier states KIM will enable wealth managers to meet the needs of the dynamic customer demographics through an AI-based virtual investment assistant.

“We’re excited to bring KIM to the market as the first virtual assistant of its kind. We use our vast Conversational AI experience in financial services to empower wealth managers to further delight their clients who are as tech-savvy and digitally demanding as they’ve ever been,” said Zor Gorelov, CEO of Kasisto. “Today’s customers want instant answers and are growing even more comfortable with AI-powered conversations that are human-like, helpful, and engaging.”

According to the supplier, KIM will allow the wealth managers to provide their users with information about their portfolio, insights,  enable them to manage their investment decisions and financial health. This is expected to assist the wealth managers to better engage with millennials and other digital natives.

Recently, Kasisto partnered with Manulife Bank for the creating of a digitally immersive Conversational AI solution, MAI.
