FreedomPay partners with Vista for delivering field services to merchants

freedompayCustomer-focused commerce payments platform, FreedomPay has entered into a partnership with a UK-based retail and business-critical technology deployment business, Vista Technology Services. The three-year partnership is a part of the global technology project and is expected to help FreedomPay in gaining access to engineers across Europe for the management and installation of payment solutions.

“Vista will provide FreedomPay customers with thousands of on-site, qualified engineers to help manage software and/or hardware installation,” said Tom Durovsik, Founder and CEO at FreedomPay. “FreedomPay’s commitment to the highest standard of customer service will be enhanced through this exciting partnership.”

According to the supplier, the agreement will provide FreedomPay’s customers with an on-site, enhanced and 24/7 service. Vista will provide P2PE compliant warehousing and logistics to the payments platform for lifecycle maintenance.

Established in 2000, the commerce Platform aims to simplify complex payment environments and provides transaction solutions including mobile payments, cashless solutions, virtual and remote terminals, payment processing, intelligent analysis, routing of promotions, incentives and customer relationship management services.
