FIS’ solution to enable frictionless account onboarding for trust companies

FIS has launched a digital onboarding solution for trust companies and bank trust departments in order to assist them in the creation of new online investor accounts.

According to the supplier, the onboarding solution aims to reduce the time, costs and labour associated with the creation of new trust accounts. It is expected to digitize paper-based processes, provide standardized templates and enabling the institutions to rapidly configure all parts of the onboarding process. The solution implementation aims to reduce data errors and improve client experience.

The digital account onboarding product is currently available to FIS clients utilizing the TrustDesk and AddVantage trust platforms.
