Minnesota-based Citizens Alliance Bank has selected CSI’s NuPoint core banking platform, as well as several front-office services including mobile deposits and online banking.

Citizens Alliance Bank selected CSI due to the latter’s ability to provide a “fully-integrated solution” that could help it offer “seamless channel experiences”. It also favoured the vendor because of its “customer-centric focus”, which it claims aligned with its own.

“The driving force behind our bank selecting CSI was the need to provide more relevant digital technology and electronic payments solutions to our customers, especially in terms of delivering a consistent look and feel across all channels,” said John Gill, president and COO of Citizens Alliance Bank.
