Avaloq partners with Personetics for AI-based customised engagement solutions

Martin Greweldinger, Avaloq’s Group Chief Product Officer

Avaloq has announced that Personetics, a provider of AI-powered customised engagement solutions, will be joining the supplier’s Avaloq.one ecosystem, the open banking marketplace.  The partnership is expected to provide the supplier’s clients with access to Personetics’ business solution Engage, that offers an in-depth analysis of clients’ financial data in real-time and acts accordingly. The solution aims to provide daily personalised insights, financial advice and wellness programs.

David Sosna, Personetics’ Co-Founder and CEO, said, “We are excited to be part of the Avaloq.one Ecosystem. This partnership will allow us to continue our growth story as the demand for AI-powered Self-Driving Finance solutions is increasing globally.”

Avaloq.one is a platform that enables banks and wealth managers to connect to a suite of pre-screened, pre-integrated FinTech solutions and third-party services for boosting customer experience.

Martin Greweldinger, Avaloq’s Group Chief Product Officer, said, “We are impressed by Personetics’ cutting-edge AI solutions, and we are proud to be able to offer Personetics Engage to our clients. It perfectly complements the functionality of the Avaloq Insight platform, which delivers integrated data science solutions developed specifically for banks and wealth managers. This latest onboarding to the Avaloq.one Ecosystem highlights the fact that we are able to attract well-established fintechs that offer distinguished services for demanding financial institutions around the world.”

Recently, the supplier announced a partnership with London-based FinTech ABAKA in a bid to allow the latter to join its platform and enable it to develop new AI platforms and digital solutions for the supplier’s client banks.
