Fintech Omnio to unveil post merger vision

Banking and payment services fintech Omnio Group said it is to unveil its new brand identity and vision for the future following its formation from the merger of Payment Cloud Technologies (PCT) and Tuxedo Money Solutions. A launch celebration will take place on 26th February at the Tower of London where the company will talk about its suite of financial services products.
Hosted by Omnio Group CEO Ian Clowes and COO Mike Peplow, the event will feature industry speakers including a keynote from Chris Pond, Chairman at Lending Standards Board, Liam Sheehan, former Senior Executive Director at AnPost, and Peter Altabef, Chairman and CEO at Unisys.
“With over a decade of experience of delivering world-class digital and card-based financial services to our customers through our former businesses, we’re proud to unveil the next step in our journey as Omnio Group,” said Ian Clowes, CEO at Omnio Group. “This is an incredibly exciting time for everyone here and we can’t wait to showcase our plans to guests.”
Headquartered in the City of London, Omnio has operations in Milan, Melbourne and Chester supporting some of the world’s leading brands in providing a range of financial services including digital banking, prepaid and travel card systems.
