Kuwait-based Ahli United Bank has selected Infosys’ subsidiary EdgeVerve Systems with an aim to automate the bank’s processes utilising EdgeVerve’s AssistEdge RPA platform. The RPA platform is expected to improve Ahli’s service level agreements(SLAs), minimalize manual work and errors, and aims to increase the efficiency of the banking processes.

The platform, as the supplier states, provides robots to automate the menial and repetitive process, provides robots around process discovery, intelligent automation and orchestration.
