Equiniti announces partnership with SWIFT at Sibos 2019

Equiniti Group’s international payments division, Equiniti Business Payment Services, has announced a partnership with financial messaging services provider, SWIFT on the 24th of September at Sibos London 2019.

According to the supplier, Equiniti’s division will join SWIFT Alliance for delivering cost-effective products and services to its clients. The technology, powered by SWIFT’s gpi, will allow Equiniti Business Payment Services to offer clients with ability to stop and recall payments as well as accelerate turnaround time.

The partnership is expected to provide assistance in the validation of input data related to payment method, beneficiary and corresponding bank details and provide real-time feedback to customers to ensure all mandatory information is captured in the correct format.

Recently, SWIFT announced the expansion of options for its customers to move to the cloud, thus simplifying their migration to cloud providers such as Microsoft, Google Cloud as well as SWIFT’s private cloud platform.
